We are looking for young graduates or experienced applicants interested in a career in property management to support our development.
As far as possible, we try to identify applicants at a very early stage in the process.
Whether it is via an internship – preferably on a long-term basis – or a work-based learning contract, Telmma regularly provides opportunities to gain initial experience: every year, the Assets department and Administration and Finance department welcome young trainees.
Our recruitment process includes interviews with representatives from both HR and section managers and/or departmental directors.
