Telmma is a major player in Property Management. It is an expert in service-sector property, building management and co-ownership associations and acts on behalf of French and international investors Previously known as Altys Gestion, it is part of an independent group, JRBC, a holding company owned by the Andrieu family, which also owns the Ateac (business centres) and Astaval (land) brands.
Telmma adopted its new identity in 2009, with a new, stronger, more modern brand image that reflects its development ambitions of confirming its status as a leading property management firm.
Telmma, which created a Health, Safety and Environment division in 2002, remains committed to striving for innovation on a continuous basis and asserts its independence by positioning itself with an ever-clearer focus on customer satisfaction. Its rigorous, carefully targeted approach to the business is designed not only to meet owners’ expectations in full but also the needs of tenants at every stage of the strategy, from the initial investment through to generating value from property assets.
