Jean-Philippe PFERTZEL - CHAIRMAN
Jean-Philippe was appointed Chairman of Telmma in October 2009 and was previously Managing Director of a development company, Apsys France, and an asset management company, Stam Europe.
He has extensive experience – in France and abroad – of commercial property and development research as well as property development, investment, asset and general management.
ISABELLE PAYSAN - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Isabelle began her career at KMPG and at TRANDEV Group as Holding Financial Manager. In 1999, she became Asset Manager in charge of the Residences & Hotels Department at AEW Europe.
She lived for a while in the USA, and then joined the Financière SCAPRIM Group in 2007 as Head of Asset Management (offices and residences portfolios).
She is a graduate of ESSEC (Master de Management Immobilier), of Paris 2 University (Maîtrise de Droit des affaires) and of Conservatoire national des arts et métiers – CNAM (DECS).
Olivier RICHARD - ASSET MANAGER
Olivier began his career at Saggel Vendôme, before joining Prebail Entreprise (Groupe AXA) in 1988 as head of the commercial property management unit. He was then appointed key accounts manager at Altys Gestion (now Telmma).
He has been Asset Manager at Telmma since 2009.
Franck LAPLACE – ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE MANAGER
Franck joined Altys Gestion in 2000 after a career in business, auditing and chartered accountancy.
He now manages Telmma’s accounting, financial and IT departments.
Marc de NOMAZY – TECHNICAL MANAGER, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT
Graduate from ESTP, Marc began his career at SCGPM (SPIE Batignolles) as a Construction Engineer. In 1998, he joined Airsys ATM (Thales Group) as a Business Coordinator. Then, in 2000, he became Technical Manager for Europe at SEPHORA Holding (LVMH Group). Appointed Technical Manager at GEREC Management (an ALTAREA subsidiary) in 2002, he was in charge of Shopping Centers’ operational maintenance. In 2006, as a Technical Manager for STAM Europe, he developed some of the company’s activities, including real estate audits, and he was appointed contractant owner for french and international investors.
Isabelle BOUREILLE – HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
After graduating with a degree in Employment Law and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Engineering, Isabelle spent 15 years at an international group, Veolia Environnement, in a general HR role, working in Recruitment / Development / Management of expatriate staff.
