Jean-Philippe PFERTZEL - CHAIRMAN
Jean-Philippe was appointed Chairman of Telmma in October 2009 and was previously Managing Director of a development company, Apsys France, and an asset management company, Stam Europe.
He has extensive experience – in France and abroad – of commercial property and development research as well as property development, investment, asset and general management.
Anne BRENAC - DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Anne is responsible for business development, working with French and foreign investors, asset managers, key accounts, pension funds, etc.
She previously occupied similar positions at Arte Charpentier, GFF and Coprim.
She is a member of the Cercle des femmes de l’immobilier for female property professionals and the Club des développeurs immobiliers et fonciers for land and property developers.
Olivier RICHARD - ASSET MANAGER
Olivier began his career at Saggel Vendôme, before joining Prebail Entreprise (Groupe AXA) in 1988 as head of the commercial property management unit. He was then appointed key accounts manager at Altys Gestion (now Telmma).
He has been Asset Manager at Telmma since 2009.
Franck LAPLACE – ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE MANAGER
Franck joined Altys Gestion in 2000 after a career in business, auditing and chartered accountancy.
He now manages Telmma’s accounting, financial and IT departments.
Pierre CADO – TECHNICAL MANAGER, HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT
Pierre was previously employed as a property and general services manager. His career has included asset and project management positions at Crédit Lyonnais and Nyse Euronext, amongst others.
He is now employed in the Works, Health, Safety and Environment Department, where he plays an active role in the development of HEQ Operations certification.
He is a member of ADI , the French Association of Property Managers.
Isabelle BOUREILLE – HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
After graduating with a degree in Employment Law and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Engineering, Isabelle spent 15 years at an international group, Veolia Environnement, in a general HR role, working in Recruitment / Development / Management of expatriate staff.
